At CaseNobelle, we provide a 90-day return window. This means you may request a return within 90 days from the date your order was delivered to the shipping address used at checkout.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the return meets the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully once it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Returns are usually inspected within 5–7 business days after they arrive.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@casenobelle.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and arranging the replacement. Exchange availability may depend on current product availability.
